The new Import join dates for a loyalty program endpoint updates the loyalty program join dates for all specified customer profile IDs. Processing all customer IDs in one request speeds up large imports.

You can now use the new Tier expiry date built-in attribute in the Rule Builder to reference the date a customer's current tier expires. This attribute is available for loyalty programs with scheduled tier downgrade.

The Talon.One MCP server connects your Talon.One environment to AI agents, providing them with secure, read-only access to your campaigns, customers, coupons, and loyalty programs.

Rule details enable you to manage how rule information is presented to customers. You can use this information in your integration by calling the List all running campaigns endpoint.

List all running campaigns: Retrieve the details of all running campaigns and their rules for a specific Application.

• List Application cart item filters: Return all the Application cart item filters for a specific Application.

• Get Application cart item filter expression: Get an Application cart item filter expression for a specific Application.

Export campaign value map: Download a CSV file containing all the value map items in a campaign.

The loyalty card identifier is now exposed as a standalone entity, LoyaltyCard.Identifier. This means only one loyalty card is in scope per session in Applications connected to multiple loyalty programs.

The new blueprints feature enables you to add pre-configured rules and cart item filters to any campaign.

You can also save your own combination of rules and cart item filters as blueprints to reuse them in other campaigns of the same Application.

We’ve added a new condition to the Rule Builder that checks whether a specific budget has reached its limit. You can also add a failure effect to the condition, for example, to communicate to a customer that the limit has been reached.

The new Summarize coupon redemption failures in session endpoint enables you to summarize the reasons for coupon rejection in a given customer session.

The new Talon.One support role is a restricted default role used only by authorized Talon.One staff, specifically for troubleshooting and debugging purposes.

Experiments is a new A/B testing feature that allows you to test two different rules in a single campaign simultaneously. The experiments dashboard offers key metrics and confidence scores, enabling you to compare A and B variants and optimize your campaigns.

Additionally, you can use third-party tools to control variant assignments. This helps you maintain consistency with other integrations that offer testing functionality, such as Braze.

Campaign data can now be summarized in the campaign dashboard. This allows you to keep track of recent updates to a campaign.

Loyalty points can now be activated when a defined action occurs in your system. Using the new Activate loyalty points endpoint, you can activate all points earned in a session or only the points earned in specific transactions.

This feature is supported in the Add loyalty points and Add loyalty points per cart item effects, and also when manually adding loyalty points.

In the Talon.One Shopify app, you can now do the following:

• Sync external IDs with Talon.One.
• Configure which product and customer attributes to sync.

You can now assign more granular account-level role permissions, in particular for custom roles.

The new products dashboard offers detailed analytics about the performance of individual products and SKUs, based on customer session data.

Talon.One now automatically tracks historical SKU prices and the factors that determine each price, such as audiences and campaigns. To retrieve the price history, use the new Fetch best prior price endpoint.

We're introducing AI-powered summaries for sessions, audit logs, and coupon rejection reasons.

Data for customer sessions and audit logs can now be summarized in plain language. This improves accessibility and allows for better visibility of session performance and customer behavior.

Also, the Coupon Finder now contains an AI-powered Rejections tab that summarizes the reasons for coupon redemption failure, allowing for faster troubleshooting.

This new effect updates the expiry date of all active, pending, and unlimited point transactions to a specific date.

With the new recurring on completion achievement type, an achievement starts a new iteration each time the customer progress status is Completed. Customer progress does not expire in this type of achievement.

You can now use Application cart item filters in campaigns with strikethrough rules. This allows you to display strikethrough pricing information for cart items available in various campaigns in your Application.

If loyalty points have an expiry date, this new effect extends the expiry of all active and pending point transactions in a loyalty program by a selected duration.

The new Credentials page in the Campaign Manager enables you to create and manage credentials for webhook authentication.

The new Added/deducted points with current balance notification allows you to notify users when points are added or deducted, and receive the current loyalty balance.

You can now schedule notifications for strikethrough pricing. This enables you to receive updates before a campaign with strikethrough rules starts or ends.
