The new Create ruleset (V2) endpoint lets you create a ruleset in structured, human-readable format as a JSON object. New JSON objects will be added in future releases.

We have redesigned our docs website to match the design of the Campaign Manager. The content has also been reorganized to make it easier to find the information you need.

Top navigation:

• The Product docs and Developer docs sections are now Manage and Integrate, respectively.
• The SDKs section, which used to be in the Developer docs section, has its own top navigation entry.
• All tutorials have been moved under the Tutorials top navigation entry.

Sidebar navigation:

• The sidebars are now expanded to show more sections.
• The sections have been reorganized to group related topics together, and some sections have been renamed to better reflect their content.
• Most entries in the sidebar have been shortened for better readability.

Content:

• Some pages have been merged.
• Best practices have been added for the Integration API and Management API sections.

Expect more content architecture changes over the next few months.

Customers can now browse a catalog of rewards such as discounts, free items, and giveaways, and unlock them. Each reward has its own eligibility rule to manage who can unlock it and its own reward rule to define what happens when a customer uses it.

You can now import customer join dates into profile-based loyalty programs using a CSV file.

The new Exclude price records from price history endpoint lets you exclude a batch of historical price IDs from best prior price calculation.

The new Confidence chart shows how confidence scores have changed over time for an experiment's key metrics.

When creating an experiment, you can now select a goal: Maximize revenue, Optimize discounts, Maximize purchased items, or Other.

Achievements are now managed at the account level instead of the campaign level. You can connect an achievement to multiple Applications and use it across campaigns.

The List customer's loyalty transactions endpoint now returns storeIntegrationId for new transactions.

When using the Filter items by conditions cart item filter, you can now check whether a specific custom attribute exists for a cart item. This allows you to apply targeted discounts to catalog items that don’t have a value for a specific attribute.

The new condition can be used for both promotion and strikethrough rules, and is also available in Application cart item filters.

The new Join customer profile to loyalty program endpoint lets you join a customer profile to a profile-based loyalty program without requiring a points transaction.

When creating or editing an audience, you can now connect it to all or specific Applications. This reduces the risk of misconfiguration across environments and keeps audience lists limited to relevant Applications.

The UI for the campaign evaluation page has been redesigned for improved usability, with clearer visual hierarchy and more intuitive interaction states.

The new Import join dates for a loyalty program endpoint updates the loyalty program join dates for all specified customer profile IDs. Processing all customer IDs in one request speeds up large imports.

You can now use the new Tier expiry date built-in attribute in the Rule Builder to reference the date a customer's current tier expires. This attribute is available for loyalty programs with scheduled tier downgrade.

We've updated the navigation bar to display Talon.One entities as icons and reorganized menu items into new sections.

The new campaignEligibility property in the responseContent object contains all available campaigns and the customer's eligibility for each of them in the current session. It is available in the following endpoints:

• Update customer profile
• Track event

We've added Adobe as a technology partner. You can now access the following tutorials:

The Talon.One MCP server connects your Talon.One environment to AI agents, providing them with secure, read-only access to your campaigns, customers, coupons, and loyalty programs.

Rule details enable you to manage how rule information is presented to customers. You can use this information in your integration by calling the List all running campaigns endpoint.

List all running campaigns: Retrieve the details of all running campaigns and their rules for a specific Application.

• List Application cart item filters: Return all the Application cart item filters for a specific Application.

• Get Application cart item filter expression: Get an Application cart item filter expression for a specific Application.

Export campaign value map: Download a CSV file containing all the value map items in a campaign.

The loyalty card identifier is now exposed as a standalone entity, LoyaltyCard.Identifier. This means only one loyalty card is in scope per session in Applications connected to multiple loyalty programs.
