Support portalCampaign Manager
The new support portal provides support agents with a single workflow to investigate promotion and loyalty cases. It connects customer, session, coupon, and loyalty context in one place, so agents can resolve issues on first contact.
The support portal works alongside the Campaign Manager. Agents can view the given context, but cannot edit customer data directly. Actions like issuing a coupon or adjusting loyalty points require administrator approval.
Tier boostLoyalty programsClosed beta
You can now temporarily upgrade a customer to a higher loyalty tier for a specified period without changing their points balance. Configure a tier boost using the new Boost tier effect in the Rule Builder.
When a tier boost is active, Talon. One compares the boost against the customer's points-based tier and applies whichever tier is higher. When the boost expires or if the session that triggered it is canceled, the customer automatically reverts to their points-based tier without any point deductions.
Tier boosts are available for profile-based loyalty programs with scheduled tier downgrades.
Custom attributes for loyalty cardsLoyalty programs
Custom attributes for loyalty cards are now generally available. You can define custom metadata specific to your loyalty cards to store additional card properties and use them in your campaign rules.
Introducing returns reevaluationCampaign Manager
You can now enable the returns reevaluation setting to have Talon. One reevaluate a campaign when a customer returns cart items. This can help prevent fraud in the context of returns.
If the remaining items in the cart no longer qualify for the promotions, discounts, coupons, or loyalty points applied in the original session, Talon. One automatically rolls back these effects. A campaign can be reevaluated even if it has expired and is no longer running.
