Introducing the Integration HubIntegrations

The new Integration Hub provides purpose-built integrations. They are designed to be simple to set up and use, without needing to write any code.

The Trigger Rule Engine: Tier upgrade integration allows you to trigger the Rule Engine when a loyalty tier upgrade happens.

Structured rulesetsManagement APIBeta

The new Get ruleset (V2) endpoint allows you to retrieve existing rulesets in structured, human-readable format as a JSON object. New JSON objects will be added in future releases.

New endpoint for joining a loyalty programIntegration API

The new Join customer profile to loyalty program endpoint lets you join a customer profile to a profile-based loyalty program without requiring a points transaction.

Connect audiences to ApplicationsAudiences

When creating or editing an audience, you can now connect it to all or specific Applications. This reduces the risk of misconfiguration across environments and keeps audience lists limited to relevant Applications.

Updated UI for campaign evaluationCampaign Manager

The UI for the campaign evaluation page has been redesigned for improved usability, with clearer visual hierarchy and more intuitive interaction states.

  • Dashboards: Graphs in the account, Application, campaign insights, and loyalty dashboards now support keyboard navigation and provide more reliable reports.
  • Loyalty: The Reason field in loyalty point-related effects now supports up to 1,000 characters.
  • Cart item filters: When using the Discount individual item in bundles effect in the Rule Builder, you can now select the cheapest or most expensive item across all the cart item filters in a bundle.
  • Management API: The Export coupons endpoint now includes deletedBefore and deletedAfter query parameters to filter coupons by deletion date. This makes it easier to synchronize external data repositories with Talon.One.
  • Integrations:
    • In the Shopify integration, discounts can now be scoped to a specific shipping option (for example, economy only) to avoid unintended discounts at checkout.
    • The customer data sync in the Shopify app now supports two new attributes, email_marketing_consent and sms_marketing_consent.
  • Notifications: Added an email notification for when a giveaway pool is running low.
