We're introducing AI-powered summaries for sessions, audit logs, and coupon rejection reasons.
Data for customer sessions and audit logs can now be summarized in plain language. This improves accessibility and allows for better visibility of session performance and customer behavior.
Also, the Coupon Finder now contains an AI-powered Rejections tab that summarizes the reasons for coupon redemption failure, allowing for faster troubleshooting.

- (2025-10-01) Loyalty: Fixed a bug where the offsetNegativeLoyaltyPoints effect returned an error for campaigns with per-item effects.
- (2025-10-01) Achievements: Fixed a bug where customer progress in an achievement increased incorrectly. The status also failed to change to Complete when multiple campaigns were evaluated. This occurred in groups set to Highest discount value evaluation mode and Session scope.
- (2025-10-01) Campaign Manager: Fixed a UI bug where a coupon’s status did not render correctly in the Coupons tab of the Customer profile overview page.
