Introducing recurring on completion achievements

Achievements

With the new recurring on completion achievement type, an achievement starts a new iteration each time the customer progress status is Completed. Customer progress does not expire in this type of achievement.

Application cart item filter improvements

Campaign Manager

You can now use Application cart item filters in campaigns with strikethrough rules. This allows you to display strikethrough pricing information for cart items available in various campaigns in your Application.

More monthly updates

Enhancements:

• (2025-09-02) Coupons: When you delete a batch of coupons, they are no longer deleted immediately. Deletion is now scheduled and you will receive a confirmation email.
• (2025-09-02) Campaign Manager: The Application menu has been reorganized to group items into two categories: Manage Application and Activity and Support.
• (2025-09-02) Documentation: Enhanced the scheduled loyalty notifications section to provide more information about how requests are triggered for pending points, expiring points, and upcoming tier downgrades.
• (2025-09-02) Notifications: You can now configure the payload size for strikethrough pricing notifications to contain between 200-1000 objects.

Bug fixes:

• (2025-09-02) Webhooks: Fixed a bug where Application admins could edit webhooks that were connected to Applications for which they did not have permissions.
• (2025-09-02) Rule Builder: Fixed an issue that occurred when value maps were used in campaigns with strikethrough rules.
• (2025-09-02) Loyalty:
  • Fixed a bug where the default pagination limited the returned transaction entries from the loyalty ledger to 1000 for the following endpoints:
    • Get customer’s full loyalty ledger
    • Export customer’s transaction logs
  • Fixed a bug where active points that were redeemed and then rolled back after the session closed were counted as spent points in the loyalty ledger.
• (2025-09-02) Achievements: Fixed a UI bug where the Check customer progress in an achievement condition was in the Expired state for recurring on completion achievements.
• (2025-09-02) Integration API: Fixed a bug where it was sometimes not possible to add customer profiles to existing audiences via the Update multiple customer profiles' audiences endpoint.
