Immediate downgrade for loyalty tiers

Loyalty programs

With the introduction of immediate downgrade, you now have two options for selecting when to downgrade customers to a lower loyalty tier:

• Immediate downgrade: The customer is downgraded to a tier that matches their current balance as soon as they don't have enough points to remain in their current tier.
• Scheduled downgrade: The customer remains in their current tier until the tier is reevaluated. They can either be downgraded to the tier that matches their balance or one tier lower.

Additionally, the downgrade methods have been renamed:

• Hard downgrade ⇨ Match current balance
• Soft downgrade ⇨ Go down one tier

Copy templates

Campaigns

You can now create a template by copying an existing template directly from the Templates page, saving you time in the creation process. All the rules, placeholders, budgets, coupons, and other settings from the existing template are copied over to the new template.

Monthly updates

Enhancements:

• Loyalty: Improved the performance of the loyalty points expiration process.

Bug fixes:

• Campaign Manager: Fixed a bug where search fields did not return values when multiple options were selected.
• Loyalty: Fixed a bug where the Import loyalty points endpoint did not include a card identifier in its error message.
• Achievements: Fixed a bug where a customer's achievements were not displayed when accessed from the Audiences page.
• Roles & permissions: Fixed an incorrectly rendered Enter security code window.
• Campaigns:
  • Fixed a bug where campaigns with bundle definitions belonging to different campaign evaluation groups did not stack when the base group was set to the stackable evaluation mode.
  • Fixed a bug where rule evaluation failed when loading attributes of the time type for an advocate's profile.
  • Fixed a bug where it was not possible to create a revision if the campaign did not have values defined for mandatory attributes.
