Managing campaign features

On the left-side menu of a campaign, click Settings > Features, and enable or disable the following features:

  • Achievements
  • Coupons
  • Giveaways
  • Loyalty
  • Referrals
  • Strikethrough

You can only enable and disable features in campaigns created from scratch. The Giveaways feature is not available in item campaigns.

After you enable or disable the required features, click Save Changes.

Enabling campaign features

Enabling campaign features allow you to use extra conditions and effects.

For example, you can reward your customers with coupons via an effect after you activate the Coupons feature.


We recommend only enabling features that you intend to use in a given campaign, as the behavior of your campaigns may vary depending on which features are enabled.

For example, for performance reasons, the Rule Engine skips Loyalty campaigns when there are no customer profiles in the session.

Disabling campaign features

Disabling a campaign feature makes the conditions and effects related to the feature unavailable in new rules. However, all rules created before disabling a given feature still work as expected.

For example, customers can still receive loyalty points or redeem coupons after you disable the Loyalty and Coupons features until you edit the rules accordingly.
