Displaying the account dashboard

The account dashboard displays a count of all the running campaigns in a given live Application. It also displays the revenue generated from purchases.

To display the account dashboard:

  1. On the leftmost menu, click Apps.
  2. In the My Account Dashboard section, from the Application dropdown, select an Application.

Campaign highlights

The Campaign Highlights section displays the campaign count for:

  • Running: Campaigns that are currently running.
  • Expiring soon: Running campaigns scheduled to expire at some point in the following 7 days.
  • Low on budget: Running campaigns in which a campaign budget is less than 5% of the defined amount.
tip

Clicking a count value displays a list of campaigns with the corresponding campaign filter applied. For example, clicking the count value for Expiring soon opens the campaign list with the Expiring soon filter applied.

Revenue overview

The Revenue Overview section displays the total revenue generated from all purchases alongside the revenue influenced by triggered campaigns for a given time period.

The section displays values for the following data points:

Data pointDescription
Total RevenueThe total revenue generated from all purchases, including purchases that did not trigger any effects in Talon.One.
Influenced RevenueThe total revenue generated from purchases that triggered at least one effect in Talon.One, excluding webhooks and notifications.
Influence RateInfluenced revenue divided by total revenue. This value is expressed as a percentage.

Below the data points, an increase or decrease in the displayed values is expressed as a percentage.

  • You can select the time period for which you want to view data:
    • Click Custom and set custom start and end dates or select a predefined time frame:

      • Yesterday: The previous day.
      • 7D: The previous 7 days.
      • 30D: The previous 30 days.
      • 3M: The previous 3 months.
      • 6M: The previous 6 months.
      • YTD: Year to date.
      • Max: The maximum time period for which data is available.
      note

      The predefined time frames do not include the current day. For example, if the current date is October 8 and you selected 7D as your preferred time frame, you'll see data for October 1-7, including the first day and the last day.

  • You can hover over the different points of the graph to see the change in the values across the displayed time period.
