Managing achievements

You can edit the details of an achievement or delete an achievement. You can also export the data of all the customers who have participated in an achievement.

Feature access
Only admins have access to this feature.

Editing an achievement

To edit an achievement:

  1. On the left-most menu of your campaign, click Achievements.

  2. To the right of the achievement you want to edit, click > Edit Achievement.

  3. Edit the details of the achievement and click Save.

    note

    You cannot change the API name, Target, and Achievement period:

    • When the campaign is running.
    • After a customer has made progress in the achievement.

Deleting an achievement

To delete an achievement:

  1. On the left-most menu of your campaign, click Achievements.
  2. On the right side of the achievement you want to delete, click > Delete Achievement.
  3. In the pop-up that appears, click Delete Achievement.

Exporting the customer data of an achievement

To export the data of all the customers who have participated in an achievement:

  1. On the left-most menu of your campaign, click Achievements.
  2. On the top right of the page, click Export Customer Data.
  3. In the pop-up that appears, enter or select an achievement. of your choice and click Export Customer Data.
