Managing Rule Builder settings

Manage the Rule Builder settings for the campaigns in your Application. These settings are applied to all the campaigns you create and manage in the Application.

Feature access

Only users with create and edit access to Rule Builder can edit Rule Builder Settings.

Managing the visibility of conditions and effects​

Control the usage of conditions and effects by hiding them in the Rule Builder of new and existing campaigns.

important

Hiding conditions and effects does not affect the existing rules in your campaigns.

If you delete an existing rule and the conditions or effects used in it are now hidden, you cannot recreate the same rule.

To manage the visibility of conditions and effects:

  1. On the left-side menu of your Application, click Settings > Rule Builder Settings.
  2. To hide conditions and effects in the Rule Builder, disable them. Only enabled conditions and effects are visible.
  3. Click Save.
