Displaying campaigns

After integrating with Talon.One, you can view and manage the campaigns in your Application from the Campaigns page.

Listing campaigns

To list all the campaigns in your Application, on the left-side menu of your Application, click Campaigns. By default, the Current tab is selected, and the page displays all your current campaigns.

To list archived campaigns, click the Archived tab.

The Current and Archived tabs show you the following information:

Campaign nameName of the campaign.

TypeAn indication of the campaign type.
IDA unique identifier of the campaign, which you can use for integration purposes. It is unique for each campaign.
StoresNumber of stores linked to the campaign.
Campaign access groupCampaign access group you added the campaign to.
StartDate and time when the campaign state changes from Scheduled to Running if you set up a schedule.
EndDate and time when the campaign state changes from Running to Expired if you set up a schedule.
Coupon redemptionsNumber of times a coupon code was successfully redeemed in the campaign, displayed in relation to the coupon redemption budget limit of the campaign.

This value appears when a non-recurring budget limit is defined. Otherwise, is displayed.
Total discountsTotal discounted amount for the campaign, displayed in relation to the discount total budget limit of the campaign.

Last activityApproximate time elapsed since the campaign was successfully evaluated.

Open sessions count, but making dry requests, modifying campaign budgets, and activating or disabling the campaign do not count.
CreatedDate and time when the campaign was created, displayed in the Application's time zone setting.
Created byUser who created the campaign.
CopyClickable icon that allows you to copy the campaign.
TemplateClickable icon that allows you to create a template from the campaign.

Filtering campaigns

On the Campaigns page, you can filter campaigns by:

FilterDescription
StateFilter by campaign state:
  • Disabled: The campaign is not active. You can move it to the next state after adding at least one valid rule.
  • Staged: The campaign is not active. It can be tested.
  • Active:
    • Scheduled: The campaign is active and has a future start time, when it will start running.
    • Running: The campaign is active and is currently running.
      • Low on budget: The campaign's remaining campaign budgets are below 5%.
      • Expiring soon: The campaign will end sometime in the next seven days.
    • Expired: The campaign is considered active but is no longer running because its end time has passed.
  • Revised: The campaign is revised with modified rules or settings. This state exists alongside an active state.
  • Pending: The changes from the revision are not yet applied. This state exists alongside an active state.
To apply or clear a filter, click the filter name.
Creation dateFilter by the creation date of the campaigns.
To define a time frame for the creation date, click Filter > Creation date.
Campaign access groupFilter by a specific campaign access group that is connected to the Application.
To do so, click Filter > Campaign access groups.

Displaying campaigns in a calendar view

To display your campaigns in a calendar view, on the Campaigns page, click the Calendar tab.

The calendar view offers you the following options:

View the entire day, week, or monthFrom the dropdown in the top-right corner, select Day, Week, or Month.

  • Day: The start and end times listed are in the Application's time zone setting.
  • Week and Month: Hover over a campaign name to see more information.
Move across the calendar
  • To move forward and backward across the calendar, use the and buttons.
  • To view the current day, click Today.
Select a specific dateTo view the campaigns for a specific date, in the monthly calendar on the right, select a date. You can use the and buttons to move across months.
Select a campaign in the calendarTo open a campaign, click the campaign name.
tip

Define an end time for all your campaigns so that you have better control over the discounts offered.
