Displaying campaigns
To list all the campaigns in your Application, on the left-side menu of your Application, click Campaigns. The page contains the following information:

Campaign name | Name of the campaign. tip

Type | An indication of the campaign type. |
ID | A unique identifier of the campaign, which you can use for integration purposes. It is unique for each campaign. |
Stores | Number of stores linked to the campaign. |
Campaign access group | Campaign access group you added the campaign to. |
Start | Date and time when the campaign state changes from scheduled to running if you set up a schedule. |
End | Date and time when the campaign state changes from running to expired if you set up a schedule. |
Coupon redemptions | Number of times a coupon code was successfully redeemed in the campaign, displayed in relation to the coupon redemption budget limit of the campaign. note This value appears when a non-recurring budget limit is defined. Otherwise, ∞ is displayed. |
Total discounts | Total discounted amount for the campaign, displayed in relation to the discount total budget limit of the campaign. note This value appears when a non-recurring budget limit is defined. Otherwise, ∞ is displayed. |
Last activity | Approximate time elapsed since the campaign was successfully evaluated. note Open sessions count, but making dry requests, modifying campaign budgets, and activating or disabling the campaign do not count. |
Created | Date and time when the campaign was created in the time zone of the Application. |
Created by | User who created the campaign. |
Copy | Clickable icon that allows you to copy the campaign. |
Template | Clickable icon that allows you to create a template from the campaign. |
Filtering campaigns
On the Campaigns page, you can filter campaigns by:
Filter | Description |
---|---|
State | To apply or clear a filter, click the filter name. note Some filters are nested. For example, Low on budget is nested inside Running. |
Creation date | To define a time frame, click Filter > Creation date. |
Campaign access groups | To select one of the campaign access groups connected to the Application, click Filter > Campaign access groups. |
tip
- To clear all the applied filters and see all the campaigns of the Application again, click Clear all.
- With the Expired filter, you can filter for and disable multiple campaigns.
- With the Disabled filter, you can filter for and delete multiple campaigns.
