Manage achievements

Some functionality described here is only available in the Closed beta version of the achievements feature. For more information, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Feature access
Only users with permissions to manage achievements can access this feature.
You can edit the details of an achievement or delete an achievement. You can also export the data of all the customers who have participated in an achievement.
Edit an achievement

After creating the achievement, the following applies:
- If a customer has made progress, you can only edit the Name, API name, and Description.
- If the achievement is referenced in a campaign rule, you cannot change the API name or remove the connected Applications used by that rule.
To edit an achievement:
- Click the name of the achievement you want to edit.
- Edit the details of the achievement and click Save.
Delete an achievement
To delete an achievement, do one of the following:
- On the right side of the achievement you want to delete, click Delete.
- Open the achievement and click Delete Achievement at the bottom.

If the achievement is used in one or more campaigns, you must delete the campaign rules where it is used first.
Export the customer data of an achievement
To export the data of all the customers who have participated in an achievement:
- On the right side of the achievement you want to export, click Export Customer Data.
- In the pop-up that appears, click Export Customer Data.
