Displaying webhook logs
On the Webhook Logs page, you can check how webhooks have been used in your rules.
Feature access
Only admins and Application admins have access to this feature.
To open the webhook logs:
- In the lower-left corner, click Account > Logs.
- Click Webhook Logs.
The Webhook Logs page contains the following information:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Webhook request ID | Unique identifier of the request. |
Webhook | Name of the webhook as it appears in your effects. |
URL | URL of the receiving service. |
Response code | HTTP response status code. |
Time | Date and time when the session was created in the Application time zone setting. |

These results are deleted after 30 days.
tip
- To expand a result and view its details, click the icon to its left.
This reveals:
- Request tab: Displays the request.
- Response tab: Displays the response and the status code.
- To refresh the results, in the top-right corner, click Refresh.
- Use the available filtering options to narrow down your search.
