Displaying notification logs

The Notification Logs page displays a record of all outgoing updates from Application notifications and loyalty notifications.

Feature access

Only admins and Application admins have access to this feature.

To open the notification logs:

  1. In the lower-left corner, click Account > Logs.
  2. Click Notification Logs, and select the required tab.

The Notification Logs page contains the following information:

ColumnDescription
Notification nameName of the notification.
Notification typeChange that triggered the update.
Response codeHTTP response status code.
TimeDate and time when the session was created in the Application time zone setting.
note

These results are deleted after 30 days.

tip
  • To expand a result and view its details, click the icon to its left. This reveals:
    • Request tab: Displays the request.
    • Response tab: Displays the response and the status code.
  • To refresh the results, in the top-right corner, click Refresh.
  • Use the available filtering options to narrow down your search.
