API tester

Use the API tester to visually compose an Update customer session, Update customer profile, or Track event CURL request using the Campaign Manager. This can be helpful when troubleshooting a campaign, instead of relying on external software like Postman.

Only admins have access to this feature.

If you prefer using Postman, you can download the following collections:

• Integration API collection
• Management API collection

Using the API tester

1. Select the Customer session, Customer profile, or Event tab.
2. Set a value for the fields of your choice. To understand the role of each field available on the page, see the following links:
   • Creating an API key
   • Update customer session API docs
   • Update customer profile API docs
3. The curl request is updated automatically.
4. Click Copy to clipboard and paste and run the copied command in your terminal.

You can check the response in the Integration API logs.
