Braze is a customer engagement platform that allows you to manage customer-centric interactions between consumers and brands in real-time.
Integrating Talon.One with Braze allows you to interact with Talon.One's features from your Braze campaigns. That way, you can, for example, do the following:
- Inform your customers about up and upcoming promotions or send coupons to their inbox.
- Instantly message clients to encourage action that leads to a discount, referral reward, coupon, loyalty or any other custom reward you created during your own integration process.
Braze supports per-minute rate limiting for sending messages. To ensure that it matches the default per-second rate limit of our CEP endpoints, in your Braze settings, set Delivery Speed Rate-Limiting to a maximum of 2500 requests per minute or lower, if required.
Using a higher rate limit can cause issues during the creation of coupons and referrals or prevent coupons or referrals from appearing in the message sent via Braze.
