Achievement participant
An achievement participant is a customer profile that has made progress in at least one achievement in a live Application. Talon. One records participation as customer progress in an achievement.
An active achievement participant is an achievement participant with progress that started or increased in the previous 12 months. This time window is rolling, so it always counts back from the current date.
Note
See Achievement participant for the full definition, including how participants are counted.

Achievement participation can involve one or more of the following entities:

- Campaigns contain the rules that trigger the customer progress effects.
- Customer profile is the entity that counts as a participant. A profile counts as a participant from the first time a customer makes progress in any achievement.
